On Saturday afternoon the 21st of August we fished for the Clancy cup on Oakport Lake. in 2004 Ann Clancy kindly sponsored this event and since that time it has become a favourite with the club.Weather conditions were perfect for the 22 anglers that took part and although alot of the pike that were caught were small some good fish were registered. 18 fish in total were weighed and released.

Presentation took place on Saturday night in Clancy Bar Knockvicar and as usual the hospitality show by Ann and Des was second to none. A great nights entertainment followed. The club would like to thank Ann and Des for there kindness and already we look forward to 2011..JPG)
