Charity Competition Results

Our annual Charity competition was held on Lough Key on Sunday.
A number of our members turned up and went out to brave the elements and more just turned up to support the cause, our fundraising for the Special Olympics Ireland/ Roscommon area.
Thanks to everybody, all contributions were much appreciated.
Members of our committee will soon present all monies collected to the Special Olympics Ireland/Roscommon Committee.
As far as the fishing was concerned it was tough going and only two fish where caught.
Nevertheless the winning fish was a big one weighing in at over 20lbs., caught by Peter Noone.
Second was John Nicholson with a 2 lbs. pike.
Photos to follow.
